Cancellation Policy
✨ Cancellation & No-Show Policy ✨ Your appointments are very important to us, and time is reserved especially for your pet. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
